RIPW is here for all your pelvic wellness needs.

Our Services

  • Bowel and bladder issues are common but not normal. Symptoms include leakage, difficulty passing stools, hesitancy in urination, urgency, and more. Improvements are possible through non-surgical and non-medical interventions focusing on pelvic floor muscles. We provide pre and post-prostate surgery care to alleviate symptoms.

  • Many people experience pain during or after sex, however this should not be normalized. Is it during initial or deeper penetration, influenced by positions or climax? Does it vary with your cycle or start with menopause? Do you have pain during or after ejaculation? Understanding these is key to finding reasons and improving. It's essential to recognize that improvement is entirely possible!

  • Pelvic floor therapy treats diverse pain types, including hip or back pain resistant to conventional therapy. Conditions like endometriosis and interstitial cystitis respond well to pelvic therapy, easing or eradicating discomfort. We're also trained in addressing tailbone, pelvic, genital, buttock, sciatica, abdominal, and groin pain.

  • We address pregnancy-related aches and pains, pelvic floor symptoms, and help reduce common risks like prolapse, vaginal tearing, and diastasis recti. Allow us to support you on your journey of welcoming your little one into the world.

  • Get ready to embrace your ideal birthing experience by preparing both your body and mind. Gain the skills to push effectively and explore different laboring and pushing positions. Just as you wouldn't hesitate to train for a marathon, remember that preparing for childbirth is equally important.

  • Postpartum recovery, whether from vaginal delivery or cesarean section, can feel daunting. Establishing a solid foundation is key, involving breath work, core and pelvic floor strengthening, and maintaining optimal posture. While generic apps and free advice abound online, our personalized program eliminates uncertainty, assisting you in achieving your goals.

  • Scar tissue treatment offers multifaceted benefits, such as enhancing abdominal movement, alleviating discomfort, improving mobility and abdominal aesthetics, and promoting greater confidence. Vaginal scar tissue treatment can reduce risk of prolapse in the future, especially after menopause.

  • Symptoms such as vaginal heaviness, pressure, or achiness are common indicators of prolapse, which can manifest in various forms including bladder prolapse (cystocele), bowel prolapse (rectocele), and uterine prolapse. Conservative treatments can often effectively address these conditions, alleviating symptoms and improving overall comfort.

  • You're welcome to visit us even if you don't currently experience any pelvic floor symptoms. Whether you're seeking a routine check-up or wish to be proactive in preventing future issues, we're here to support you. As we are out of network with all insurances, you can rest assured knowing you won't have to navigate coverage concerns—your care is our priority.

  • Whether you're dedicated to your career, lead an active lifestyle, or simply prioritize overall well-being, recovery sessions may be the vital component you're overlooking. Employing diverse techniques such as Functional Dry Needling, myofascial cupping, and more, we aim to enhance muscle flexibility, alleviate pain, and recalibrate your nervous system for optimal functioning.
